9 Health Benefits of Chocolate

Superfoods don't just come from your supermarket's produce aisle. In fact those chocolate candy bars next to the gummy bears now qualify. Study after study proves that dark chocolate—sweet, rich, and delicious—is good for more than curing a broken heart. The secret behind its powerful punch is cacao, also the source of the sweet's distinct taste. Packed with healthy chemicals like flavonoids and theobromine, this little bean is a disease-killing bullet. The only problem? Cacao on its own is bitter, chalky, nasty stuff. Enter milk, sugar, and butter—good for your taste buds, not always good for your health. Besides adding calories, these can dilute the benefits of cacao. Inspiring Photo of 19 Moms Proves There's No 'Right' Way to Feed a Baby (PHOTO)

A photo of 19 moms feeding their babies by breast, bottle, and tube -- all happily together -- is proving that there is no one "right" way to nourish a baby as part of the "United We Feed" project.

The project was founded by North Wales, Pennsylvania–based photographer Caitlin Domanico, a 32-year-old mother of two who became inspired to do this project after getting mixed messages over how to feed her own kids.

So she started photographing moms feeding their kids however worked best for them, striving to show the beauty and love each mom lavished on her kids. Once these photos were posted online, the response was overwhelming -- so Caitlin decided to gather together some of her photo subjects for a group pic.

Gotta love the solidarity here -- because we moms really have to stick together! It's so easy to fall into the trap of thinking "breast is best" and judging the mom who uses formula. Or to feel sorry for moms who must feed their babies by feeding tube.

Nope -- however moms nourish a child, it's all beautiful and good, so to see moms set these differences aside and band together is a huge step in the right direction. I truly hope more efforts like this could end the judginess and these dumb "mommy wars" for good.
